"Dead" - No signs of life. No lights, No sounds.
"Won't turn on" - some signs of life but no sound and no picture.
"Error Blink Indication" - some TVs power light will blink a pattern if TV has a problem.
"Distorted Picture" - Screen Geometry is wrong.
"Picture breaks up" - Bad Syncronization (horizontal or vertical tearing).
"Bad Convergence" - 3D effect (colors red-green-blue seperation) in all or part of screen.
"No Picture" or "No Sound" - TV has sound but no picture or has picture but no sound.
"Projection Lamp won't light" - Lamp error indicator may light or blink.
"Vertical or Horizontal lines or bars in picture"
